OUR POLICIES

PRINTED ORDERS

  • All orders are custom. So we do ask that our Dreamers respect the creative. Processing & Shipping Times vary with each order and Dreamers’ needs. Anything Needed within 4-5 business days may be subject to a rush fee.
  • Full payment is required in order to place an order with us unless you choose Shop pay or Sezzle payments at checkout.
  • Due to all of our products being custom, we do not offer refunds. We will exchange defective merchandise if notified within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
  • All orders are held in our office for 30 days. After 30 days, the order will be subject to a $15 ONE TIME storage fee. After 45 days, we reserve the right to discard of the order.
  • We do not guarantee the quality of printing items, designs, or artwork provided by any other parties outside of our team & designers.

GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES

  • All artwork design include up to 3 edits at no additional costs.
  • Any additional edits are subject to $15 per edit charge. There are No Refunds on designed artwork.

DIGITAL SUPPORT SERVICES

  • Payments are required in full before your service begins. 
  • Invoices are due upon receipt and must be cleared to initiate work.
  • Pricing is fixed at $15/hour with the applicable minimum hours per category as stated above.
  • We will handle all onboarding paperwork, including contracts and necessary forms, to streamline the process.
  • Clients are required to complete a digital questionnaire to identify their needs and preferences before services begin.
  • Adjustments to tasks or priorities can be made during the month, provided they align with the agreed service categories and total hours.
  • Additional hours beyond the minimum commitment will be billed separately at the same rate of $15/hour.
  • Clients may cancel services by providing a written notice at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused hours within the billing cycle.
  • All client information, projects, and data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Any sensitive information shared during the service period will not be disclosed to third parties.

 All store credits & Gift Cards expire in 30 days.
