DREAM LIFE POLICIES & PROCEDURES

1. All orders are custom. So we do ask that our Dreamers respect the creative process.

Processing & Shipping Times vary with each order and Dreamers’ needs.

Anything Needed within 4-5 business days may be subject to a rush fee.

2. Orders $100 or less, FULL payment is required to place the order.

3. Orders $101 & up, 75% is required to place the order. The balance is due within 24 hours of the order’s completion date. After 48 hours, Dream Life reserves the right to charge up to a 10% stocking and late fee.

4. There are NO REFUNDS. If you receive a defective item, please call or email us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

PLEASE NOTE: It is our goal to satisfy our Dreamers so we will always work with our Dreamers to be sure all orders and concerns are handled with care and excellent customer service.

5. We have several convenient ways to pay.

PLEASE NOTE: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, & PayPal may be subject to processing fees.

6. All of our items are custom to fi tour Dreamers’ needs, therefore without payment an order can not be placed.

7. Pickup in store is free. We do offer shipping at the Dreamers’ expense.

8. All orders are held in our office for 30 days. After 30 days, the order will be subject to a $15 ONE TIME storage fee. After 45 days, we reserve the right to discard of the order.

9. All store credits & Gift Cards expire in 30 days.
